Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Supply Chain Director to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Belgrade. Our client is focused on improving healthcare via a variety of remedies.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will ensure both present and future distribution ideas (outsourced/in-sourced) are the best mix between service level and cost delivery.
• Handle OPEX budget and KPI implementation wit correct reporting such as in time, with quality and with permanent action plan measures for all deviations.
• You will interface with external partners/providers and produce a collaborative setting based on solid contract development such as logistics service providers, wholesalers, vendors, technology suppliers and any other divisions.
• Responsible for CAPEX budget and deployment/execution of agreed projects in a budget and timely manner.
• The ideal candidate will both design and suggest best strategies and layout for the in-source operations.
• Guarantee broad logistics team arrangement and solid communication with both internal and external interfaces.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level within technical logistics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics or any other pertinent function to be assisted by deep in-field experience.
• Demonstrable experience within management of high volume/high throughput warehouses and operations in pertinent/similar business areas, mainly logistics.
• Expertise on logistics planning.
• Acquaintance with continuous improvement strategies would be advantageous.
• Fluency in Serbian with knowledge in English.
• Able and keen to handle a high workload capacity in peaks and uphold fast and accurate work.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Computer literacy.
