Hobson Prior is seeking a Supervisor Analytical for a permanent role based in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the training of shift analysts, coordinating daily activities of the shift team, and ensuring the quality of documents. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in leading people and a background in analytical work processes in a GMP setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and plan the training of shift analysts, and assist with training on business processes and analytical techniques.
• Coordinate and prioritize the daily activities of the shift team.
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisors, QCL Senior Managers and the rest of the Analytical leadership team to consistently meet the needs of the business.
• Ensure the quality of documents, including Quality and Safety Observations, Local Reference Standards, technical memorandums, emergency change controls etc.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of analytical work processes and procedures in adjacent areas, especially Operations.
• Strong interest and passion for leading people.
• Previous experience within an analytical function in a GMP setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or a related subject.
