Study Coordinator / Clinical Research Coordinator (remote)

Hobson Prior are looking for a Study Coordinator / Clinical Research Coordinator to join a brilliant CRO on a contract basis. Our Client is focused on providing the highest quality clinical trial services while safeguarding human lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the conduct of clinical trials, including pre-screens and initiation visits, site descriptions, and compilation of submission documents for ethics committees and higher authorities.
• Work together with review group members.
• Coordinate cooperation with cooperating departments
• Based on the study protocol, prepare action plans.
• Manage and maintain file folders for investigators and studies.
• Enrolling participants in studies.
• Coordinate the registration and randomization of study participants.
• Planning, coordinating, and documenting visits and subordinates.
• Organise investigations and follow-up appointments in accordance with the test plan.
• Collecting data from study participants and transferring them to Case Report Forms.
• Prepare audits and support monitoring visits in support of the preparation and execution of audits.

• A strong sense of organizational skills is essential.
• The ability to coordinate with others.
• Managing your time well is essential.

Requirements:

• A thorough understanding of eCRFs is required.
• Experience with data entry and data input.
• It is required that you have a minimum level of B1 in German.
