In this role, you will support both regional and global drug safety projects, focusing on marketing applications and clinical development programs. You will play a key role in managing project timelines and ensuring all deliverables are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing global safety teams and track safety activities.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring productive outcomes.
• Support the planning and execution of global marketing applications.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely completion of safety tasks.
• Manage vendor contracts and budgets, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Develop purchase orders and manage invoice processing for services rendered.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in life or health sciences or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing multiple complex projects.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and drug safety databases is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
