Solutions Architect - Digital and CRM

Hobson Prior are looking for a Solutions Architect - Digital and CRM to join a fantastic medical devices organisation on a permanent basis located in Frankfurt. Our client is focused on supplying products for those who suffer from ophthalmological issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will guide brainstorming sessions to develop possible solutions for business requirements and concerns.
• To develop solution architecture for secured digital products and services, you will work alongside business leads, product owners, development teams and customers.
• Examine the business affect that technical choices might have on the business procedures.
• Outline the digital experience architectural framework, standards, and principles, which involves frontend, metadata, security, reference architecture and interfaced with back-office systems.
• The ideal candidate will review system architecture and cooperate within the IT division to improve the architecture.
• You will translate business needs into technical specifications, which involves user interface layouts, data streams, integrations, transformations, and business procedures.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of articulating vision, new concepts to both internal and external technical and nontechnical audiences.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level or achieved technical training in a computer science or similar discipline.
• Various years of experience in a solutions architect role for customer oriented digital solutions for digital commerce, eBusiness, etc. on both web and phone platforms.
• Acquaintance with the design and execution of digital solution architectures.
• Familiarity with CRM solution execution, such as Proven experience in CRM Solution implementation Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales.
• Expertise on Content Management, Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management, Customer Relationship Management, Drupal/Acquia, etc.
• Prior involvement in an application development position with full stack digital solution development based on formed technology frameworks.
• Knowledge on technology and of service-focused or microservice based architecture.
• Capable of outlining security framework and tools for secured digital solution development.
• Acquaintance with compiling, examining system needs and handling projects and alterations in a dynamic environment.
• Comprehension of the various types of agile principles, strategies and conception frameworks, specifically those designed to be scaled at the enterprise level.
• Know-how of cloud-based deployment and operation of solutions.
• Comprehension of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF/COBIT would be advantageous.
• Able to balance the long-term and short-term repercussions of individual decisions and organisation objectives.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German would be beneficial.
