Hobson Prior is seeking an experienced Snr Process Engineer in automated CAR-T MSAT processes. This role will focus on technological migrations and clinical manufacturing in a decentralized model. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing product/process related changes in the global network and leading product/process investigations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a knowledgeable expert on the automated CAR-T manufacturing process and technology transfers.
• Develop plans to ensure progress in the Life Cycle Process Validation activities.
• Lead the implementation of product/process related changes in the global network.
• Lead product/process investigations and define corrective/preventive actions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• A PhD degree in life sciences, biotechnology, engineering or related discipline, or a MSc with equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with cell & gene therapy processes, automated bioreactors, GMP manufacturing, technology transfer, process validation and/or process development.
