Hobson Prior is seeking a Shift Coordinator to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will focus on scheduling and coordinating production activities, ensuring smooth operations, and managing a team to meet production goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in automated production systems and a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and oversee all production activities, including preparation, implementation, and follow-up.
• Coordinate and ensure smooth production processes during shifts.
• Organize and conduct training for production employees based on a training plan.
• Assist in operating a highly automated, modern filling system and support all aspects of filling, including new formats and process development.
• Support the MSAT and qualification team in qualification and validation activities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in German.
• Comfortable working shifts.
• Strong affinity for operating automated production systems or experience with small devices, autoclaves, washing machines, or compounding.
