ServiceNow Architect (remote-based)

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a contract basis outside IR35 with the ability to work remotely from the UK. Our client is focused on providing the world with novel remedies across various illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be accountable for mediating with the crucial shareholder parties, which involves the SNOW development team and the SNOW supplier, to influence needed developments to meet the company's tactical needs.
• To comprehend client gap and form future solutions, you will contribute to workshops with clients.
• Offer expert-level assistance and technical training to the execution team.
• You will serve as the ServiceNow SME.
• To outline the general roadmap to facilitate RSS ambitions, you will collaborate with the SNOW Product Owners and any other crucial shareholders.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a SNOW solution architect role, operating as a system analyst conducting design work with the ServiceNow platform.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role handling and assisting ServiceNow ITSM & CSM which involves portals within a multinational setting, mainly in a virtual setup.
• Acquaintance with operating within a flexible establishment such as SCRUM and SAFe.
• Familiarity with working within an international, virtual team with abilities to engage and discuss with informatics / finance & procurement personnel in various countries and cultures.
• When needed, will be able to work outside of business hours.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in another language.
• Past involvement with designing and executing integrations with ServiceNow which involves solutions such as Nexthink, Contact Centres solutions, etc.
• ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• An expert in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI Pages.
• Comprehension of the crucial technologies pertinent to the ServiceNow assimilation solutions which involves: Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
• Certified as an ITIL Practitioner or Expert.
• Demonstrate the manners of a lean-agile leader with the attitude of one.
