Hobson Prior is seeking a Service Demand Planning Associate to join a dynamic team in Burgess Hill on a hybrid working basis. This role focuses on coordinating supply and demand processes to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the right resources at the right time across the UK and ROI. You will play a key role in supporting capacity forecasting and planning to achieve strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Use digital tools to monitor and manage service demand and supply, addressing any imbalances.
• Take proactive steps to prevent or resolve supply-demand issues by collaborating with relevant teams.
• Support weekly meetings by providing insights to help manage demand and make allocation decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and efficiency in inventory management systems.
• Follow established processes and instructions to maintain a high-performing supply-demand system.
• Develop effective communication and engagement within the team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Basic education qualifications, such as A-levels or equivalent, with strong grades in English and Mathematics.
• Experience in demand planning or a similar role is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to analyze data for decision-making.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholders at various levels.
• Previous experience in a technology-driven environment, ideally within healthcare, is advantageous.
