Hobson Prior is working closely with a Biotechnology organization who is seeking a Senior Translational Scientist to join their team in Bern. This role focuses on leading translational projects and sub-projects, with an emphasis on scientific experimentation and reporting. We are looking for someone who can effectively plan, perform, evaluate, and present scientific findings.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage translational projects and sub-projects.
- Plan, perform, evaluate, and report on scientific experiments.
- Present findings to senior members of the organization.
- Oversee and coordinate lab work conducted by technicians and junior scientists.
- Conduct in vitro cell-based assays as well as biochemical and multiplex assays.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- PhD in biological or biochemical sciences, preferably with a background in immunology or hematology.
- Experience in laboratory work and leadership, including oversight and coordination of lab activities.
- Proficiency in conducting in vitro cell-based assays and biochemical/multiplex assays.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Bern, Switzerland.
