We are looking for an experienced Senior TMF Manager to join a global biopharmaceutical company where you will support leadership for our client's TMF Operational strategy. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for your next career step within TMF / Global Development field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Line-management of TMF Operations team members as required.
  • Mentoring staff to ensure awareness and consistent following of current operating procedures and best practices.
  • Ensuring consistent, high quality record management advice for all clinical trial content.
  • Manage and effectively allocate TMF Operations resources to meet project needs.
  • Accountable to maintain business relationships cross-functionally within region and globally, status of TMF Operations accountabilities.
  • To represent the TMF Operations as appropriate, on process improvement initiatives, Development standards authorship or review.

Requirements:

  • You will hold a Doctorate degree & 2 years of directly related experience or master's degree & 6 years of directly related experience or Bachelor's degree & 8 years of directly related experience or High school diploma / GED & 12 years of directly related experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years direct managerial and/or leadership experience.
  • Mastery of global regulatory requirements and guidelines for conducting clinical research and safety monitoring/reporting
  • Knowledge of relevant GCP, external and internal regulatory requirements/guidelines.
  • Understanding of resource management and organisational capacity.
  • Experience developing goals and training plans to maximize talent management/career development of clinical research staff.
  • Experience managing projects in a matrix organisation.
