We are recruiting for a Senior Specialist Quality Control to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of products through effective testing and validation processes. This position requires strong collaboration and organizational skills to drive projects forward in a structured and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control tests using biochemical methods.
• Validate processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Work within regulatory frameworks such as cGMP and GLP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver projects.
• Communicate effectively to engage stakeholders and ensure project success.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree or equivalent in analytical chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, immunology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of biochemical testing methods for quality control.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards like cGMP and GLP.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in project management, especially in cross-functional settings, is a plus.
• Ability to work in an international environment and demonstrate leadership and collaboration skills.
