Our client is focused on developing innovative remedies that direct the immune system to overcome various illnesses. The opening position is for a Senior Scientists DSP MSAT.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will develop, optimise and characterise downstream procedures for viral vector platform to assist with manufacturing of drug substance and drug product.
• Responsible for process development and characterisation of clarification using depth filtration filters, tangential flow filtration and chromatography.
• The ideal candidate will assist on regulatory documentation proposals.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in practical laboratories, gained mainly in a biotech/pharmaceutical organisation.
• Familiarity guiding a team of 1-2 people.
• Expertise and acquaintance within enveloped viral vector purification.
