Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist for a contract role in Stockholm. This position focuses on ensuring the quality of biotech products within a dynamic production environment. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards and making important decisions to support manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in discussions to make informed decisions about production processes.
• Review and approve manufacturing protocols to maintain product quality.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in natural sciences, such as Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceuticals.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions confidently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
