Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated Senior QA Specialist to play a crucial part in ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical products. You will be involved in dynamic production environments, making key decisions to uphold quality standards. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on maintaining high-quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team to support manufacturing processes.
• Engage in cross-functional discussions at the production line.
• Make informed decisions regarding production based on quality considerations.
• Review and approve manufacturing protocols to ensure product quality.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in natural sciences, such as biotechnology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or pharmacy.
• Strong understanding of drug manufacturing regulations and GMP.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Leadership qualities or experience in a leadership role is advantageous.
• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, validation, and regulatory inspections is desirable.
• Familiarity with handling complaints is beneficial.
