Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis with the ability to work from home anywhere within Europe. Our client is focused on providing biometrics solutions that are ground-breaking, of high quality and personalised for their client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be responsible for own suggestions, with the capability to self-sufficiently handle more complicated suggestions, multitask simultaneously across various suggestions, as well as ensure proposals meet deadlines and/or look for assistance to guarantee this.
• Plan task and change orders and undertake the responsibility of ensuring papers are safe and signed.
• To form efficient documentation following the present department procedures, meeting division metrics and KPIs outlined by the Line Manager, the ideal candidate will plan and complete proposals, collaborate with Business Development and Operations.
• You will uphold precise suggestion information and standing within departmental systems.
• When required, you will assess and finalise Requests for Information, procuring additional contributions from internal shareholders as well as offer constant assistance and a final analysis to guarantee accomplishment, precision and readiness of all responses.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of experience operating within a CRO proposals setting or similar experience.
• Background in a CRO or Pharma industry wishing to move into a role in Commercial.
• Dependent on previous experience, you may be able to apply for a more senior role.
• Appreciates commercial features of clinical development with the ability to read and comprehend documentation of contractual implication.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Exhaustive comprehension of clinical research processes and services.
• Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal.
