Senior Project Manager - Supply Chain (remote-based)

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - Supply Chain to join a fantastic pharmaceuticals corporation on a contract basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland. Our client is focused on bringing people better health and futures.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will coordinate meetings, content, schedules, and propositions.
• Produce momentum on the project, interact with teams towards shared objectives.
• Plan summaries for steering committees such as at a management team level monthly.
• Partake in outlining a clear roadmap for the business and for the project.
• Uphold the team site such as reports, activity tracking, communications, etc.

Key Skills:

• A highly structured individual who is an engaged self-starter and works well independently.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Capable of operating efficiently within a matrix and multi-cultural business.
• Ability to guide a cross functional team.

Requirements:

• Know-how of biological manufacturing, supply chain or sourcing.
• Comprehension of international regulatory management of change control.
• Able to design and execute systems and procedures.
• Educated to a degree level with at least 5+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing and operations or supply chain role.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Proficiency in simplifying multifaceted procedures.
• Solid business insight with knowledge of financial basics.
• Know-how of incoming resources within the biologics division, their markets, their suppliers, such as single-use systems, resins, media, glass, filters, glass, etc.
• Former involvement in material change management or manufacturing science, or provider quality would be advantageous to the role.
