Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior Microbiologist - MSAT to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis. Our client is focused on developing solutions to meet the unmet needs of those suffering from serious illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will form and OWn EMPQ program.
• You will work to constantly improve process effectiveness by executing new technologies and process improvements.
• Produce, revise or evaluate documents such as SOP, material specs, protocols and trend reports.
• Form and execute the operational microbiological, viral and environmental monitoring programs.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Comprehension of molecule-specific control method and basis of specifications and crucial quality attributes.
• Expertise on virology controls necessary for mammalian cell culture, virus and mycoplasma analytical strategies.
• At least 5+ years of experience working within a large molecule GMP manufacturing setting, operating in frontline microbiological assistance.
