Hobson Prior are currently working with a medium-sized pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Senior Manager of Statistical Programming to join them on a permanent basis in Switzerland.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee outsourced Programming activities to CROs to ensure the proper and timely delivery of Statistical Programming outputs including CDISC packages (SDTMs and ADaMs), reviewer's guides, define.xml, etc.
• Complete technical programming tasks, when required, including managing the SAS platform and producing TLFs, SDTMs and ADaMs.
• Deliver strategic input to Biometrics outsourcing strategy (including selection process for CROs), submission plans for clinical studies and regulatory body consultancy.
• Represent as a Statistical Programming SME for regulatory audits and inspections, performing QC on programming packages in response to regulatory requests.
• Review cross-functional packages and specifications including eCRFs, SAPs and mock TLFs.

Requirements:

• PhD (pref) or MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related subject.
• A minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Statistical Programmer, preferably within the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Expert in CDISC (SDTM + ADaM).
• Expert in SAS programming.
• Experience of CRO oversight/management.
• Experience working in a small/cross-functional teams.
