Senior Manager, Global Field Medical Excellence

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Global Field Medical Excellence to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis. Our client is focused on treating various illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will handle either live or virtual GFME events, which involves internal congresses and team meetings.
• Offer operational assistance for international FIRe Team(s)/Meeting(s) and content repositories.
• Uphold and update medical communication topics and key insight topics/details for shareholder interaction and acumens documentation.
• You will measure and report on GFME and FM actions in with the company goals.
• Support in budget tracking/management and preserve market FM roster with asset alignment.
• The ideal candidate will serve as a central project manager/coordinator for either live or virtual GMFE events.
• Responsible for streamlining GFME team operations to improve quality, effectiveness and organisation value.
• Develop systems for documenting procedures and guaranteeing consistency throughout team transitions.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Experience within medical/scientific from a previous field deployed and/or field management role within a pharma or biotech organisation.
• Familiarity with disease-state area, regulatory policy and direction for medical communications within the organisation would be ideal.
• Capable of guiding and influencing efficiently across a matrix, multicultural and handle medical and commercial actions.
• Able to synthesis scientific data and exhibit presentation capabilities.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Acquaintance with developing medical/commercial method and/or goals for a product portfolio.
• Exhibited ability with tools and technologies used to discuss and coach large medical audience both remotely and face-to-face.
• Willing to travel for business needs up to 20% of the time.
