Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior Manager/Associate Director, GMP QA to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland. Our client is focused on finding, developing and commercialising their products.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will develop and uphold the GMP specific aspects of the company's quality management system.
• Perform internal audits when needed, as well as perform/supervise audits of GMP vendors.
• Accountable for quality oversight of GMP vendors, which involves evaluating and approving quality technical agreements, developing KPIs, forming and attending quality meetings, QA oversight of GMP quality problems, etc.
• The ideal candidate will assist with the initiatives affiliated with being ready for inspection as well as assist with recalls and mock recalls.
• Serve as a QA assessor/evaluator of GMP change controls.
• You will develop, utilise and continue to improve QA tools.
• Responsible for writing/revising SOPs.
• Assist with initiatives affiliated with the design and execution of the commercial supply chain.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level or similar.
• At least 8 years of experience working within quality assurance such ad GMP compliance.
• Comprehension of GMP needs as they link to both clinical trials and commercial product supply
• Capable of carrying out external GMP audits in either a leadership or co-auditor role.
• Comprehension of GCP needs would be beneficial.
