Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior / Lead USP Development Scientist. This role focuses on establishing and optimizing continuous culture processes for our services. You will be instrumental in setting up strategies for process development and ensuring a robust platform for our services.

• Develop and implement continuous culture processes.
• Create strategies for continuous culture process development.
• Ensure a reliable continuous culture process for our services.

Requirements

• Degree in biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or pharmacy related to upstream process development.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in continuous manufacturing (perfusion culture).
• Deep understanding of media development and cell culture process for continuous manufacturing (Perfusion).
• Knowledge of methodologies for continuous culture process development/optimization.
