Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior GMP Trainer to join a top pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and will be based in Braintree. This is an opportunity to develop, maintain and deliver the Centre's overall technical training and education strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for day to day management and development of a high performing GMP training team.
• To develop the organisation's GMP Training and Technical Development plans.
• You will be reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance with consistent communication with the Centre's management team.
• To identify training and educational needs and lead on collaborations with third party training providers.
• You will provide SME level expert input and advice when developing and delivering technical training programmes for both Biological Product manufacturing skills and QMS tools and techniques.
• To manage training and educational resources to ensure continued compliance to the evolving GMP training strategy, escalate risks as required.
• Work closely with the Head of HR and the HR Manager - L&D Specialist to assess and identify soft skills training needs.

• Good written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proven coaching ability.

Requirements:

• At least five years' experience in aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Experience in interacting with the regulatory authorities.
• Knowledge of EU/MHRA regulatory environments, experience of FDA regulatory requirements is desirable.
