Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a permanent basis allocated in Burlingame but is open to remote working. Our client is focused on combining AI and biotech to find innovative treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will increase the research velocity of the machine learning and molecular dynamic research teams.
• Responsible for improving how both chemists and biologists engage with the proprietary and predictive models.
• The ideal candidate will own all aspects of nucleus, which involves high-level technical planning, feature development, deployment and testing.
• Form tools for visualising innovative molecules and comprehend machine learning models, molecular force fields and simulations.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Able to think deeper into who reasons from first principles with architectural thinking.
• Capable of resolving issues with a high attention to detail.
• Demonstrable experience with React, Flask and Postgres, writing production code and driving projects to finish.
• Comfortable working across all levels of the software stack, from front-end interfaces to backend features to operating infrastructure.
