Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Senior/CRA to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis located in Stevenage. Our client is focused on offering comprehensive clinical research service to an emerging number of pharmaceutical clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will handle the projects to budget and deadlines.
• You will independently handle allocated monitoring projects, keeping the head of CPM notified of progress with concerns to approved deadlines and objectives.
• Interact with the Head of CPM to solve any shortfall in resourcing of projects and disputes with study schedules that may escalate.
• Offer creative and tactical contributions in internal meetings.
• Produce new business ideas and get included in developing ideas into leads cooperating with the team.
• The ideal candidate will support in upholding the positive morale of all company personnel.
• To deliver project if needed, you will recognise individuals to add to a list of possibly applicable qualified external contractors.
• Any other assigned duties.
