Hobson Prior are currently looking for 2x Senior Clinical Research Associates to join a pharmaceutical organisation who provide support to the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in the development and commercialisation of products globally. This is a permanent position based where you will be fully home-based.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will complete remote and on-site monitoring visits from pre-study to close-out.
• To oversee the content of project site-level Trial Master Files and guarantee precision and completeness.
• You will execute timely, effective communication with investigational sites, within project teams.
• To guide junior CRAs and other Clinical Operations staff.
• To perform site identification, site feasibility and site selection as required.
• You will manage technical and protocol training of investigational site personnel, as required.
• Manage assigned investigational sites from pre-study to close-out and archiving, including remote or centralised monitoring activities as required.

Requirements:

• To be educated at life science degree or equivalent.
• To be driven and the ability to work self-sufficiently.
• Employees within the Clinical Development division work flexibly. In agreement with their line manager and in line with organisational priorities, employees have the flexibility to choose how, where and when they work.
• Previous experienced in using Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
