Senior CRA

Hobson Prior are working with an integral biopharmaceutical solutions company who are looking for a Senior CRA to join them. This role will be Permanent and will require you to work from home.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all kind of the monitoring visits, also including that the correct consent procedures are in place, compliance with protocol, and GCP/ICH Guidelines.
• Document each visit with a quality written monitoring visit report and submit to the reviewer.
• Create monitoring visit reports ensuring finalization falls within contractual obligations.
• Contribute in feasibility studies.
• Present study materials at Investigator/study launch meetings when required.
• Train/mentor junior CRAs on monitoring, internal procedures, and query resolution.
• Achieve regulatory activities where appropriate.
• Author and send a follow up letter to the investigative site documenting visits.

• To be capable to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and must be able to embrace new technologies.
• Ability to prioritize.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience as a CRA.
• Experience in oncology.
• Position requires approximately 50% travel.
• Fluency in German and a high level of English language.
• Strong knowledge of ICH Guidelines/ Good Clinical Practice and other applicable regulatory requirements.
