Senior CRA (home-based)

Hobson Prior are working with a leading CRO who are focused on driving healthcare forward. Our client is looking for a Senior CRA to be home-based on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for site management and monitoring activities across the Netherlands.
• Create and maintain monitoring visit reports and action plans.
• Provide protocol and study training to the assigned sites.
• Work with sites to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment plan.
• If needed, co-monitor, train and mentor junior members of the team.

Requirements:

• Have a degree in Life Sciences or have equivalent experience within a nursing background.
• A minimum of 12 months of independent on-site monitoring experience.
• Be experienced in handling multiple protocols across a variety of drug indications with good time management skills.
• Have in-depth GCP knowledge.
• Be flexible with the ability to travel nationwide.
• Hold a full and clean driving licence.
• Strong communication, written and presentation skills are a must (must have fluency in English and Dutch language).
