Senior CPM (remote-based)

Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior CPM for an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level and lead challenging full-service global clinical research projects. You will join a leading CRO who are focused on enabling people to live healthier lives and plan the families they desire.

This role will be home-based, please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the management of complex, global, multi-centre clinical research projects in a variety of therapeutic areas.
• Being the primary point of contact to client on all project matters.
• Delivery of clinical research projects on time, within budget and in accordance with high quality standards.
• Leading and managing multi-functional project teams.
• Training, mentoring and coaching team members.
• Attending bid defense meetings, participating in development of proposals and client presentations.

• Ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels.
• Team building, resource allocation and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-service skills.

Requirements:

• Requires a college/university degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of global clinical project management experience, including management of all projects' phases from start up to closure, management of all functional services.
• Substantial experience in clinical research.
• Global project management experience within Phase II and Phase III projects.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Experience in oncology, and/or MS, IBD, haemophilia, other rare disease, infectious diseases.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project.
