Senior Consultant

Hobson Prior are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join a brilliant consultancy organisation on a permanent basis located in London. Our client is focused on assisting the biopharma business and buyers in accomplishing a maintainable balance between the cost of treatments and availability for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be responsible for guiding the internal operation for project delivery to guarantee effective and lucrative accomplishment for projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the consulting lead team.
• You will sustain continuous and efficient team correspondence.
• To grow knowledge within price and market access project types, strategies, and cost and compensation protocol scanning, you will participate in initiatives in an internal level.
• Assist with guidance initiatives which involves client coaching webinars, journal publications, congress presentations, as well a white paper.
• Energetically support business development, assisting with submission plans and client pitches.
• To create bespoke pricing models for clients, you will use the company's ground-breaking technologies.
• The ideal candidate will perform secondary, as well as primary research using data sources on an internal and external level.
• Verbally present project outcomes and updates.
• Guarantee compliance with all pertinent SOPs, procedures and practices.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• Exhibit brilliance in clarity and achievement in verbal, written and presentation abilities.
• Capabilities in training and evolving personnel.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a life science, business or similar field.
• At least 3 years if experience in a life science consulting organisation or a biotech/pharma establishment.
• Industry familiarity, such as with pricing, forecasting, more general commercial strategy, or handled care/reimbursement policy consulting or linked experience, such as with strategy consulting to healthcare industry, market research that complements an advanced degree.
• Comprehension of pharmaceutical pricing and compensation systems.
• Know-how of pricing and compensation content, matters and strategies.
• Interpretation of pharmaceutical pricing and compensation systems in objective geography.
