Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to join our clinical development team on a contract basis. In this role, you will apply your scientific and analytical expertise to design and manage clinical studies across various phases of development. You will play a key role in protocol creation, data analysis, and reporting, contributing directly to advancing innovative therapies for hemato-oncological conditions. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis, supporting regulatory submissions and clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop clinical study protocols and statistical analysis plans.
• Oversee data cleaning, interpret study results, and contribute to clinical study reports.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field.
• Collaborate with teams such as Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Data Management, and Translational Science.
• Support the development of CAR-T therapies for hemato-oncological indications.
• Interact with clinical sites, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and health authorities.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions, including BLA filings.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Biomedical or Life Sciences.
• Background in hemato-oncology and experience in clinical trials.
• Familiarity with cell therapies and CAR-T manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of drug development phases I-III.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with health authority interactions and clinical site engagement.
• Self-motivated with a focus on quality and compliance.
