Senior Clinical Research Associate

Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join a fantastic consultancy on a permanent basis located in the Netherlands. Our client is focused on providing their clients cost-efficient and effective results that lead to quicken development and marketplace success.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will handle the development and upkeep of study papers, procedures and systems as allocated.
• Guarantee quality and achievement of central and site master files.
• To guarantee that human subject protection is upheld, good clinical practice, as well as suitable guidelines are adhered to, you will operate on allocated studies.
• The ideal candidate might perform on-site and remote site qualification, site initiation, interim and site close-out monitoring visits.
• Conduct study-connected training.
• You will track study site and general study metrics which may involve enrolment, aberrations, adverse events, trial master file maintenance, etc.
• Assist in study start-up actions, for example: tracking and conducting quality evaluation of study papers, finalising, and delivering site activation letters, etc.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• Capable of working well independently after training.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• An organised individual.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a pertinent discipline or an amalgamation of experience, education and training.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience working with clinical trials.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• At least 1 year of experience with device trials.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in the local language if deemed necessary.
• Computer literacy.
• Comprehension of clinical research procedures and guidelines.
