Hobson Prior are seeking for a Senior Clinical Database Programmer to join a fantastic CRO on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere within the US. Our client is focused on providing life-changing solutions to those who conduct clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will lead the design, development and maintenance of key Data Management deliverables and the clinical database.
• Assist in the formation of SAS programs to produce SAS datasets (Tables, Figures and Listings), derived from the clinical database and external data sources.
• The ideal candidate will develop SAS macros to support the data cleaning and reporting process.
• To recognise problems within the clinical database, you will produce Data Transfer Agreements and monitor data transfers for various trials.

Requirements:

• Past involvement in a Clinical or Database Programmer role within a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or CRO company.
• Proficiency in SAS to create macros and programs.
• Know-how of SDTM regulations to draft specifications.
• Know-how of various EDC systems (RAVE, InForm, Oracle).
