Hobson Prior are looking for an Senior Clinical Consultant to join a global healthcare organisation who are focused on offering medical solutions to transform patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in software implementation projects at life sciences companies.
• Think critically about business requirements to help design a solution for customer success that will see adoption and ensures alignment of processes to system design and functionality.
• Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle.
• Work with customers during the lifecycle of an implementation by leading requirements workshops, gap analyses, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, migration, integration, training, and go-live activities.
• Rapidly configure and implement eTMF, CTMS, and Study Startup solutions to support clinical trial data and content management needs.
• Being able to provide advice to clients on vendor selections for new digital solutions used within the Clinical domain.
• Involvement in global projects with a fast-growing international team.
• Opportunity to play an active role in supporting team growth and development.
• Emphasis on continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

• Life science, computer science, or related degree.
• Min. 3 years of experience working with or for life sciences companies.
• Knowledge of document and data control and storage.
• System implementation experience for CTMS, eTMF, Study Startup.
• Self-driven, consultancy mindset, independent.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and formal presentation.
• Ability to act with speed to understand requirements, create related solutions, and willingness to go the "extra mile" to design and implement a clinical operations solution.
