Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Senior Associate in Stability Quality Assurance. This position involves ensuring the quality and compliance of biopharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will work alongside various teams to maintain high standards and support improvement initiatives. This permanent position is based in Limerick, Ireland and has a salary of €65,000.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage quality procedures and systems.
• Oversee stability programs and ensure they meet global standards.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain product quality and compliance.
• Act as an expert in quality assurance during audits and inspections.
• Manage sample collection and testing processes.
• Analyse data to predict product shelf-life and address any issues.
• Support regulatory inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide training on quality procedures.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of ICH guidelines (Q1A-Q1E), FDA/EMA regulations, Data Integrity, Quality Risk Management and other biopharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in Pharma or Biotech.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with quality management systems is beneficial.
