Scrum Master or Senior Scrum Master

Hobson Prior are looking for a Scrum Master or Senior Scrum Master to join a medical device and technology organisation on a permanent basis located in Copenhagen. Our client is focused on bringing digital transformation to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will handle commercial relationships with clients, which involves supervising project budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with customer product owners to refine and prioritise the product backlog.
• Guarantee that all team members as well as share holders comprehend their roles and accountabilities in the SAFe framework.
• The ideal candidate will adopt a culture of constant improvement within the team.
• You will comprehend how to adapt and implement the definition of ready and the definition of done to the software development lifecycle in life sciences.
• Enable day-to-day stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint evaluations, and retrospectives for client project teams containing client project members, the company's project members or even third-party project members.
• Train team members as well as customer shareholders in agile techniques and principles, this involves the SAFe framework.
• Assist the teams to recognise and remove barriers and inefficiencies.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role or at least 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role where at last 3 of those years were in a senior position.
• Certification as a Senior Scrum Master.
• Familiarity with training and guiding agile teams through the entire software development life cycle, which involves working with customer product owners.
• Acquaintance with agile tools, for example: Azure DevOps and JIRA.
• Previous involvement in project management, which involves supervising budgets and timelines.
