Hobson Prior is seeking a Scientist for Early Product Development & Manufacturing for a contract role. This contract role involves working in a regulated environment to support the creation of clinical products. You will be part of a team focused on producing drug products, ensuring they meet quality standards, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Work hands-on in manufacturing facilities to produce drug products.
• Follow plans to ensure timely production.
• Monitor and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Help with documentation and reporting tasks.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Innovate to improve processes and efficiency.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in pharmacy or engineering, or relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver tasks effectively.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to learn and operate complex equipment.
