SAP Training Lead

Hobson Prior are seeking for an SAP Training Lead to join a fantastic biopharma on a contract basis located in Bern. Our client is focused on distributing novel remedies to patients who suffer from serious illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will guide the BDY and ExM training plan for all functional areas.
• Supervise the BDY and ExM training actions.
• Assist both the international program manager and site project manager to plan, track and deliver the targeted goals of the training actions.
• Perform training meetings and share linked minutes.
• You will engage and energise the team members to form and implement the training plan as per targeted timelines.
• Outline, document, and display training method in cooperation with project shareholders.
• Arrange training resources with the functional leads and any pertinent shareholders.
• Form and track the training timetable with program manager, site project manager and any suitable shareholders.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a computer science/information technology field.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP project deployment within a pharma as well as ERP systems execution.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in French.
• Prior involvement working within a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Science organisation.
• Acquaintance with ERP systems execution, such as SAP which would be ideal.
• Execution of any other standalone and interconnected computerised systems assisting with production actions.
• Competent with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV). Company strategies and deliverables will apply.
• Conscious of 21-CFR Part 11, Eudralex and other Regulatory compliance needs.
• Former involvement within Change Management process and tools and regulated document writing.
• Familiarity with driving project management.
• Able to handle waterfall, agile and hybrid projects.
• Strong experience in driving Project Management.
• A service focused attitude with business insight.
• Capable of forming solid relations and work well with others.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Able to influence coworkers to positive result.
