SAP Senior Project Coordinator

Hobson Prior are currently seeking for an SAP Senior Project Coordinator to join a brilliant pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation on a contract basis located in Bern. Our client is focused on researching, developing and manufacturing pharmaceuticals and biologics.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will engage and energize the project team and offer actionable acumens to crucial shareholders.
• Recognise dependencies, review risks/concerns, and discuss the status to suitable levels of management and shareholders across the project.
• The ideal candidate will advise and constantly implement project management best practices which involves Agile, SDLC, etc. and tools.
• You will plan and suggest required resources to guarantee successful accomplishment of allocated project.
• Offer aid to IT BPs and DCMs in management of project financials, vendor management and procurement.
• Responsible for serving as a bridge between international program manager and local site project management team for local actions.
• Perform or moderate Boudry and ExM team meetings and share minutes.
• Guarantee that Boudry & ExM project deliverables, schedule, and financials follow the formed norms are handled in line with best practices of GPS/GMO and IT GPS PMO.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a computer science/information technology field.
• Demonstrated experience in a Sr. Project Coordinator role within a pharma, ERP systems execution - ideally SAP and GxP systems execution from needs to delivery of final product and documentation involved.
• A background working within a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Science organisation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems execution, ideally SAP.
• Competent with using System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Conscious on 21-CFR Part 11, Eudralex and any other Regulatory compliance needs.
• Prior involvement with change management process and tools and regulated document writing.
• Familiar with Change Management process and tools and regulated document authoring.
