SAP Cutover Lead

Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a SAP Cutover Lead to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Bern. Our client is focused on delivering novel solutions to those who suffer from sever illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will guide both the BDY and ExM cutover plan for all functional areas.
• Supervise the BDY and ExM cutover actions for all functional areas.
• Guarantee cutover linked deliverables and schedules adhere to formed norms and are handled in line with best practices of GPS/GMO and IT GPS PMO.
• Offer international status reporting on behalf of workstream leads, IT and in-market cutover leads.
• Assist the international program manager as well as the site project manager in planning, tracking, and delivering the targeted goals of the cutover actions.
• The ideal candidate will conduct cutover meetings and share linked minutes.
• Outline, document and present cutover method in cooperation with project shareholders.
• Form and track the cutover schedule with the program manager, site project manager and applicable shareholders.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Fluency in the English language with knowledge of French.
• Past involvement working within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life science organisation.
• Familiarity within ERP systems execution, ideally SAP.
• Execution of any other standalone and interconnected computerised systems assisting with production actions.
• Competent in using System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV). The company's strategies and deliverables will apply.
• Conscious 21-CFR Part 11, Eudralex and any other Regulatory compliance needs.
• Experience with change management procedure and tools as well as regulated document authoring.
• Solid experience in driving project management.
• Able to handle waterfall, agile, and hybrid projects.
• An agile, flexible individual who is able to analyse, resolve issues and complete deliverables on an independent basis.
• Service focused attitude with business insight.
• Capable of forming solid relations and working well with others.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Able to influence others to a positive result.
