Hobson Prior is seeking a SAP Analyst with a focus on Global Supply Chain - Process and Digital Excellence Integration. This role involves supporting the testing related to supply chain business process activities on SAP project integration. This is a position which holds a fully remote, working from home model.

  • Assist with testing related to supply chain business process activities on SAP project integration.
  • Gather requirements, analyse gaps and design business processes.
  • Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop test scripts and link them to business requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for issues during Hypercare.
  • Create training materials and conduct required trainings.
  • Participate in IT and department status meetings and working sessions.
  • Work closely with the Direct Manager and workstreams to ensure alignment with project milestones and delivery.
  • Participate in cutover activities prior to go-live.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in business analysis in the pharma supply chain.
  • Experience in IT project coordination managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP S4 HANA and different modules like MM, PP, ALM, SQL, reporting/Analytics, SD modules in Pharma Industry, SharePoint, MS office, Project management, Service Now.
  • Experience in authoring business process and project management deliverables.
  • Experience in developing business requirements, UAT development, cutover planning and ALM execution.
  • Experience with SAP ERP system implementations.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with key internal and external business partners.
  • Ability to work well in teams and with a wide variety of people.
  • Self-starter, placing a high value on accountability, customer service, teamwork and delivering results.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones as needed.
  • Ability to translate concepts and strategy into meaningful communications.
  • Strong attention to detail, well organised and takes initiative to bring solutions at every step.
  • Fluency in English is required.
