Requalification (RQ) and Projects

Hobson Prior are looking for a experienced Requalification (RQ) and Projects person to join an exciting pharmaceutical organization on a contract basis located in Dunderrow. Our Client is focused on building a manufacturing facility for the next generation drug substance in biotech.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will ensure that Site Safety Procedures are followed.
• Maintain and create a schedule for the execution of RQ requests.
• Prepare the RQ, Qualification Protocol, and Job Plan Report.
• Review qualification data and final reports for requalification
• Distinguish discrepancies during drafting and assist with resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain daily meetings and conduct these meetings as needed.
• Training on Success Factors should be maintained at all times.
• Provide support to projects on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure that the Biotech Steaming and Thermal Mapping Strategies are up to date.
• Perform the PQs associated with the autoclave load.
• Ensure change controls are monitored and maintained.
• Input and draft procedures in order to manage the process.
• Implement an RQ program improvement plan that includes Quality / Compliance, Procedure, Streamlining - Efficiency, and simplifying the RQ program as much as possible.

Requirements:

• An autoclave, SIP, and TCU qualification is required.
