Hobson Prior are looking for a Regulatory Documentation Specialist to join a growing biopharmaceutical company in Switzerland who focus on discovering, developing and bringing more, pioneering medicines to patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proof-reading and copy-editing in English and formatting in MS Word.
• Handling the review cycle and tracking versions of draft documents.
• Helping to prepare and compile multiple-component reports and submissions.
• Deliver training to clinical authors and other colleagues handling documents.
• Transparently communicating document status and progress to project stakeholders.
• Electronic publishing of final Word documents as eCTD-compliant PDFs using Adobe Acrobat and ISIToolbox.
• Contribute to update of existing and creation of new internal processes, templates, guidelines and instructions.

• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
• Team spirit

Requirements:

• A background in publishing or editing/proof-reading highly desired.
• An academic background (university degree) would be desirable but is less important than long-term experience.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development.
• English mother tongue, or excellent spoken and written English.
