Hobson Prior is seeking a Regulatory Artwork Management Administrator for a permanent role based in Budapest. The successful candidate will be part of a new regional team that manages the life cycle of product labelling, including creating new artwork and making changes to existing labels. This role will involve close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate the creation or modification of product labels using the Artwork Management System.
• Review and approve final artwork designs, coordinating with various teams to meet agreed deadlines.
• Monitor the implementation of packaging material by entering data and using tracking tools.
• Collaborate with various teams such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Graphic Services, and Logistics to anticipate product availability dates and minimize costs.
• Perform quality checks on local product information and coordinate with local stakeholders during the review process.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Regulatory Affairs and artwork management.
• Ability to work in a virtual team or global organization.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems (MS Office, Excel).
• Excellent English language skills.
• Attention to detail and respect for timelines.
