Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis. Our client is focused on providing various products for numerous medical issues.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will gather both electronic and paper documents to allow the registration or removal of products rendering to processes.
  • Evaluate and update internal/external database's details for both products and manufacturers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer sites, external regulators and any other parties for parties for Swiss PRRC and UK RP linked requests.
  • You will administer, distribute and forward documents connected to requests from manufacturers.
  • Responsible for exhibiting commitment to the development, execution and efficiency of suitable quality procedures as per ISO, FDA and any other regulatory agencies.
  • Discuss any complaints, as suitable to manufacturers.
  • Guarantee that suitable supervision of actions is upheld and that any updates necessary are actioned via appointed quality management systems.

  • An organised individual with administrative and business support abilities.
  • Capable of working on various tasks simultaneously while under pressure.
  • Capable of arranging meetings, to drive outcomes and form relationships.
  • Deliberation, influencing and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • A high attention to detail with a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Prior involvement within medical devices or IVD regulation or regulatory actions.
  • Educated to a degree level in a linked discipline.
  • Familiarity with PRRC actions would be ideal but not required.
  • Computer literacy.
