Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate to join one of the world's largest healthcare providers. Our client concentrates on increasing the accessibility of healthcare in evolving and developed countries focusing on chronic and acute medical conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of complex regulatory strategies, acquire and maintain marketing consents for products and communication of general regulatory requirements in support of licensing of products.
• In accordance to Regulatory requirements, compile and submit regulatory documents whilst adhering to strict deadlines.
• Liaise with and advise project teams in order to respond to queries from Regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
• Manage, maintain and update existing portfolios.
• Provide guidance and coaching to a wider Regulatory project team.

Key Skills:

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Good knowledge of/or fluency in French and Dutch.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on a number of projects with tight timelines.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in cooperation and teamwork with analytical and assessment skills.

Requirements:

• Life sciences degree or equivalent, ideally in Pharmacy or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs or similar within a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.
• An understanding of regulatory requirements for the EU centralised procedure.
• Experience in working with Belgian authorities is essential, Experience working with the Dutch authorities would be advantageous.
