Hobson Prior is seeking a Real-World Data (RWD) Lead to drive and align strategies within the RWD domain. This role focuses on developing internal policies, training and communication plans to foster a data-driven culture. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams and external stakeholders to ensure access to and effective use of real-world data.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the organisation towards achieving long-term outcomes in the RWD domain.
• Collaborate with teams to create internal RWD policies and compliance processes.
• Develop and implement comprehensive RWD training content.
• Expand the RWD communication plan to increase awareness and understanding among internal stakeholders.
• Identify key stakeholders' needs and determine appropriate real-world data sources.
• Lead the development and implementation of contracting and protocol processes with collaborators.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders to access relevant real-world data sources.
• Contribute to the RWD knowledge repository to support evidence-based decision-making.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as epidemiology, biostatistics, or health economics.
• In-depth knowledge of real-world data sources like electronic health records and claims databases.
• Proven track record of successful RWD initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
• Practical experience in RWD operations, including data acquisition, integration, analysis, or interpretation.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in English.
