Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Senior Manager / Associate Director to lead a dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, guiding clients on quality assurance matters and conducting audits. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised and has a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that consulting projects for clients comply with regulations and industry standards.
• Advise clients on quality assurance matters, including quality control, systems and compliance.
• Conduct audits of clients' operations and vendors and develop plans to address potential non-compliance areas.
• Manage document control, change management and training programs for internal quality management systems.
• Keep clients and senior management updated on quality status through regular reports.
• Provide support during inspections and audits to client QA counterparts and regulatory agencies.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a high level of expertise.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.
• Familiarity with quality assurance software and systems.
• Experience in either clinical trials or IMP manufacturing quality assurance processes.
