Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Quality Manager - Medical Devices to join a brilliant medical technology and devices organisation on a permanent basis located in Bishop's Stortford. Our client is focused on modern reprocessing for modern instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will handle the complaint handling procedures to assure customer responsiveness and process improvements.
• Guide and execution efficient production and process controls.
• Collaborate with site senior management to offer tactical guidance and development of the company's quality methods and strategies.
• Offer quality perspectives and opinions on future product and service development.
• You will serve as a representative for site management and guide the company's management review procedure.
• Guarantee compliance with suitable domestic regulatory and global standards and needs.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Works well in a team as well as independently.
• An organised individual.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level.
• At least 8-12 years of experience in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering and/or Quality Systems experience.
• At least 8-12 years of experience working within a medical device or any other regulated organised would be ideal.
• At least 8-12 years of experience working in an ISO certified setting.
• At least 2 years of experience within a quality leadership role.
• Completed the necessary experience listed within Article 15 of the EUMDR (PRRC).
• Previous involvement with ASQ, QSR or with QSR/GMP guidelines would be ideal.
• Computer literacy.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis software and Visio would be ideal.
• Oriented around recognition of possible concerns and consistent improvement.
