Quality Engineer

Hobson Prior are looking for a Quality Engineer to join a fantastic pharmaceuticals organisation on a contract basis located in Cork. Our client is focused on producing medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packages goods.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will serve as a representative for quality as part of a cross-functional team guaranteeing distribution of projects into production.
• Guarantee that high levels of quality, compliance, and punctuality are performed.
• Evaluate, gather and implement validation protocols for new equipment/procedures and software.
• You will develop, evaluate, and utilise QA risk analysis practices which involves PFMCA to minimise possible risk throughout the development and execution procedure.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level or similar.
• Demonstrable experience in a quality role within a life science organisation.
• Know-how on product verification and process validations.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Works well in a team setting.
